Work Permit Receiver

1.       Job Description:

Work Permit Receiver maintains safety in assigned work site that pose various hazards, particularly in industries like construction, oil and gas. He ensures that all aspects of a work site meet stringent safety regulations before, during, and after operations as required by Saudi Aramco

Key Responsibilities:

1.    Permit Issuance and Management.

·       Secures Work Permit from Proponent to accomplish assigned job at worksite

2.    Site Safety Inspections.

·       Ensures site is suitable working environment for his crew.

3.    Monitoring and Compliance

·       Adheres to Aramco of Safety Policy to be implemented while at assigned worksite.

4.    Emergency Preparedness and Response.

·       Undergone preparedness training in times of emergency.

5.    Communication and Coordination.

·       He should be the assigned personnel in coordinating to proponent with regards to work being undertaken on the issued Work Permit.

6.    Documentation and Record Keeping.

·       Maintains proper records of current and previous work necessary for work summary during submission of Invoice.

7.    Closure of Work Permits.

·       Properly close work permit after job completion.

 

Qualification and Requirements

·       Education: Obtain relevant education and qualifications in a field related to industrial safety, engineering, or a related discipline. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, safety management is required.

·       Experience: Should Have 3 years of experience in Aramco Project.

·       Must be fluent in written and spoken English.

·       Must have a working knowledge of hazard recognition, confined space, hot work and cold work.

·       Familiar with Saudi Aramco Safety Policies, procedures and work permit systems

·       Must have valid driving License

 

2.       Nos required against each categories: 5 personnel

3.       Basic Salary + Food Allowance:  SAR 2000 - 3000

4.       Duty Hours: 8 Hours per day / 6 Days per Week

5.       Overtime: If required (Optional)

6.       Contract: 2 Years

7.       Accommodation + Transportation + Insurance provided by Company

8.       Joining air ticket to be provided by Company

9.       Our Agency Fees & Processing Charges to be provided by Company
